When you are overwhelmed and the road spirals into bleak, look within you for help. For we live in a selfish, me-world and every second, every minute, every hour, someone else out there is struggling against the strain of stress, battling depression or getting crushed under a snowball and so cannot be bothered about you or your plight. I repeat, cannot be bothered about you or your plight!
So when it seems that the light at the end of the tunnel is dimmed or nonexistent, take a step back, it is just your traffic light moment, time for you to take a breather, gather strength, then forge ahead.
The world is already tumultuous and restive, taking a me-time is always the solution for when you are drowning in your thoughts and it appears no one cares. All self-help books, whether 2000 words long or 200 words short all come to the same conclusion, TAKE A BREATHER WHEN YOU ARE OVERWHELMED. For you’ve got just this one life to live.
Remember, it’s your traffic light moment, stay breathing!!!
